Our ultimate goal is to provide families with peace of mind during life’s most precious beginnings.
Tiny Kids Consulting was born from years of bedside experience caring for newborns and supporting families through some of life’s most transformative moments. Through my work in both the newborn nursery and NICU, I saw firsthand that no matter a family’s background or circumstances, many of the same questions, concerns, and uncertainties arise when caring for a new baby.
Over the years, I witnessed how even a little guidance could empower parents to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected in their ability to care for their child. I also recognized a significant gap in accessible, trustworthy newborn care education. Too often, families are left piecing together advice from well-meaning friends and relatives or searching endlessly online, only to feel more overwhelmed and uncertain.
Tiny Kids Consulting was created to bridge that gap. Our mission is to provide expecting parents, new caregivers, adoptive families, and anyone stepping into the primary caregiving role with practical, compassionate, evidence-based newborn care instruction and support.
Backed by years of clinical training, bedside practice, research, and personal experience as a mother, I am here to help you understand your baby’s needs and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to meet them. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind as you begin this new chapter, so you can focus less on uncertainty and more on bonding with your child.
My name is Tatyana, and I am a board-certified neonatologist with dual certification in General Pediatrics and Neonatal Medicine, as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. I am also a mother to two beautiful daughters, and I deeply understand the mixture of joy, excitement, and uncertainty that often comes with bringing a new baby home.
For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of caring for newborns and supporting families during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives. My work at the bedside has allowed me to combine my passion for caring for babies with my commitment to educating and supporting their parents and caregivers. Time and again, I have witnessed the visible relief families feel when their questions are answered and they leave feeling informed, reassured, and confident in their ability to care for their newborn.
That experience is what inspired me to create Tiny Kids Consulting.
I founded Tiny Kids Consulting with the goal of reaching more families beyond the hospital setting and helping ease the stress and uncertainty that can accompany the earliest stages of parenthood. Through compassionate, evidence-based guidance rooted in years of both clinical expertise and personal experience, my mission is to empower families with the knowledge and confidence they need to care for their little ones with peace of mind.
